Thanksgiving 2012

We hosted Thanksgiving this year.  It was fun to have everyone come to Nebraska and see the sand hills and get a feel of country living.  We had two of Terry's siblings and then his parents come for the week.  The kids were in heaven and were so sad when they left.  It was fun to have everyone together and be with family during the holidays!  There was a total of 11 kids (all under the age of 8) and 8 adults.  Surprisingly we were able to have enough seats for everyone.

Here are a few pictures from the week:

Everyone eating Thanksgiving dinner minus Terry, Alan, Jacob and Ella (they were sick) oh and me.

The game of suspend, we played this every day and everyone loved it.

I got out my advent calendar to let the kids play with it.  It was a hit for the kids.

Attempting to take a picture of all of the cousins.  Yup, they weren't cooperating.

One of my favorite things about living here is our house.  It's big enough that we can have everyone come and not feel like they are all sleeping on top of each other.  I don't think we even used the couches for beds.
