He loves being around his family, he loves to be constantly playing with one of us. He is so sweet and kind to everyone. I love having him in our family!!

A Family of 6

I still cannot believe that we are a family of six. It's pretty crazy! We are not a small family anymore. I love it though. I always knew that I wouldn't have a small family, I have always loved kids and I sure love mine!! We decided to take some family pictures this week and surprisingly, we actually got some really cute ones.

We learned that Keyne was much happier when he was holding Tasyn, so he got to hold her

This picture just cracks me up. This was one of the last pictures. Tasyn was getting hungry and Keyne had had enough

I love this picture, too bad Tasyn's mouth is covered. Still cute though

Finally, I really good one! :)

Is it too much to ask for?

All I wanted was for all 4 kids to sit still and look at the camera. I didn't care if they were smiling, just as long as they looked decent. Is that too much to ask for? Apparently it is with my four kids. I really want to get a picture of the four of them to make into a photo canvas, but I just don't know if it's going to happen any time soon. Keyne didn't want anything to do with the camera. He was just grumpy this morning.

So here is the photo shoot:

Sadly, this is probably the best picture I got. No one looks horrible but no one really looks super cute either
This one is so cute of Tyce. Not so much of Kanyon
There are at least all sitting still....
There goes Keyne's pants
This is what happened most of the time, Keyne would just fall down
I was holding a sucker, that was the only way I could get him to stay on the couch. He wanted it
Keyne is now screaming at me because he wanted the sucker

I guess I am going to have to try another day....

Does she look like me?

Tasyn is definitely a Gardner but I'm having a hard time figuring out who she looks like. Some days she looks like Tyce and some days she looks like Keyne. She definitely has a lot of my features, ears, nose, chin, brown hair, long fingers/toes, etc. But does she really look like me? I can't decide. Here is some pictures of her at 9 days and then some pictures of me at 6 days

What do you think, does Tasyn look like me as a baby?

Which to use??

I have been patiently waiting for my little girl to get here before I ordered my FREE photo canvas. Well I need your help, I can't decide which picture I like better. So please help me out and tell me which one you think is cuter of Tasyn. Thanks in advance!

Rub-a Dub Dub

Yesterday we gave Tasyn her first sponge bath. Just like all of my kids, she didn't like it at all! She just screamed the whole time, up until I put the towel on her. Hopefully soon her umbilical cord will fall out so she can take real baths. They are so much easier and quicker and most of all, more enjoyable!

She just didn't like it, I always feel bad when she is just crying
Look at that brown hair... I hope that it doesn't fall out!
Much happier!
Isn't she so cute!!! I'm getting used to the idea of pink in the house :)
I love how content she is, she really is a good baby!
Things are going well here. We are really starting to adjust to having her here. The adjustment to four kids is much easier than to three. I think I'm just used to the chaos already, so what's one more kid.

Keyne of course is having the hardest time with it, I just have to get down and play with him more often and give him some much needed attention.

Tasyn is doing great and is such a sweet baby. She is just so content and happy. She has been pretty easy so far. We had a couple of rough nights, she didn't want to sleep in her bassinet. We soon learned that she wanted more padding and to be up against the wall. Since then she has been waking up only 2-3 times a night, which is great!! I'm not getting my hopes up though, I know newborns and that could change any minute.

All DRESSed Up!!

Today we got to take Tasyn to church. I know for a lot of you this may seem pretty crazy, but for me I feel soooooo much better now than I did when I was pregnant, so church isn't hard for me to do. It was so fun to be able to put a cute little dress on her for the first time! I love having a little girl, she's just like a little doll for me :). Tasyn did great at church, she slept most of the time.

Here is a few pictures of her in her pretty dress!
I love all the faces she gives me.

All four kids ready for church. It is going to take a lot longer to get to church now with Tasyn. That means I'm going to have to start getting up earlier.....

I think we are really adjusting to having four kids. We'll see how we do when Terry goes back to work tomorrow and have the get through a normal routine.

I haven't noticed any major differences between raising boys and girls. Mom and I soon found out that when a girl pees while changing a diaper, it's not a big deal. But when I boy does, you must duck and cover! :) I am really loving having a little girl finally. It's really nice to not be outnumbered as much.

Home Sweet Home

Yesterday afternoon we were able to come home from the hospital. This is the first time that I have only had to stay for one night. It was nice because I don't sleep well there. Tasyn and I had a good time at the hospital, we got to know each other a little better. Before the night, I rarely heard a cry from her. In the night, she found her little voice! Her tummy was hurting and she let me know :)

Getting ready to go home. None of my babies have liked getting dressed and undressed.
She was much happier when I put on her outfit and held her. For the first time the clothes did not swamp her

All four of my kids.... wow still can't believe it
She likes it at home!

The boys are getting used to her. Keyne likes her but really starting to attach to Terry. He's not quite sure about her. Kanyon and Tyce are loving her.

I'm finally starting to recover. My body is still having a hard time adjusting. Hopefully soon I will feel better and get back to our normal self. I'm loving her though and so loving not being pregnant anymore! :)
